Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment will be taken by our bankers HSBC and you will be directed to a seperate secure website so that they may handle the payment details for you.

Please note:
This is a UK site only. Orders will only be accepted from UK residents for UK delivery, paid for with UK credit cards only. On the order you must provide us with your exact address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. We will only deliver to the registered card holders address due to increased fraudulent orders

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer where they are retained only for the duration of your order; card details are not retained once orders have been completed. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The checkout pages on this site are hosted on a secure server for your peace of mind.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Returns Policy

Goods received faulty should be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

Under Distance Selling Regulations retail customers have a period of seven days from date of delivery within which they may cancel their order for any reason. If customers choose to exercise this right they must inform us in writing and are responsible for returning the item(s) in unmarked and undamaged condition. We recommend an insured carrier is used for your own peace of mind.

Faulty goods will be replaced under our warranty conditions - if exact replacement is not available, an equivalent or higher spec.item will be substituted.

Warranty claims must be notified in writing within the warranty period.

No goods should be returned without first obtaining an RMA number from Elitex Micros Ltd.

Remittance Terms
Payment is required in advance of despatch. If you are an account customer and choose "Invoice with order" as a payment method you should ensure that you send the appropriate payment as soon as possible to avoid delays.
